Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Mixed vegetables (carrots, zucchinis, turnips, Chow chow and French beans)
• 2 – Onion (chopped finely)
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/4 cup – rolled oats
• Oil
• Salt
• 5 – Curry leaves
Method:
- Grind the green chillies and cumin seeds as a bit coarse paste with enough water.
- Heat enough oil. Let it splutter. Add the mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
- Add the mixed vegetables.
- Saute for few minutes. Now add the grounded paste, saute for few seconds.
- Sprinkle some water and cook everything in medium flame. Finally add the rolled oats and cook until the oil get separates from the vegetables.
- Enjoy hot.
