Ingredients:
• 1 cup – sooji
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 4 tbsp – Honey
• 1/2 tbsp – Saunf
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• 4 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add the sooji.
- After 2-3 seconds, add saunf.
- Deep fry the sooji until it becomes red.
- Add milk. Keep stirring.
- Bring to a boil and add sugar.
- Add honey. Give it a stir.
- Serve warm.
