Ingredients:

• 1 cup – sooji
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 4 tbsp – Honey
• 1/2 tbsp – Saunf
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• 4 tbsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the sooji.
  2. After 2-3 seconds, add saunf.
  3. Deep fry the sooji until it becomes red.
  4. Add milk. Keep stirring.
  5. Bring to a boil and add sugar.
  6. Add honey. Give it a stir.
  7. Serve warm.
