Ingredients:

• 1 cup – green gram (moong dal), soaked in water for 1/2 an hour
• 5 cups – Milk
• 1.5 cups – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Drain dal, add to milk and cook till soft.
  2. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  3. Blend and serve hot or cold.
