Ingredients:
• Yellow moong dal – 1/2 cup
• Sugar – 1/2 cup
• Ghee – 1/4 cup
• Fried Cashew nuts – a few
Method:
- Dry roast moong dal on low flame, powder it and sieve the flour.
- Fry cashews in little ghee and set aside.
- Now powder the sugar.
- The ratio of powdered moong and sugar should be 1:1.5.
- Mix well, then add the fried cashews.
- Melt 1/4 cup of ghee and add to the mixture.
- Make tight balls when it has cooled a little.
