Ingredients:

• 150 g – soaked and ground yellow moong dal
• 100 g – fresh Methi leaves
• 1 – Green chilli
• a pinch of Sugar
• 1 tsp – Curd
• oil for cooking
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash and cut the methi leaves into small pieces.
  2. Make a batter of soaked and ground moong dal, salt, curd, chilli and sugar with 1 tsp of hot oil.
  3. Add methi leaves to it and mix well.
  4. Deep fry the bhajiyas.
  5. Serve Hot
