Ingredients:

• Moongdal -1 cup
• Ginger -1/2 tsp
• Cummin seeds(jeera)- 1/4 tsp
• Green chillies -1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Ingredients for masala:
• Capsicum- 1 medium size
• Onion- 1 medium size
• Tomato- 1 medium size
• Paneer- 1/2 cup
• Green Chillies- 1
• Salt to taste
• Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak moongdal in water for 3 hours. Grind it finely in the mixer. Consistency of the batter should be similar to the dosa batter.
  2. For masala:
  3. Chop all the vegetables finely. Heat oil in a pan and put cumin seeds, then add all the the vegetables.
  4. Let them cook till they soften. Add salt and paneer to it and remove from flame.
  5. Prepare dosas and serve them hot with masala filled in it.
