Ingredients:
• 1-2 – morisa xaakor thari (Amaranthus Hybridus’s stem) bunches
• A little mustard paste
• A little Poppy Seeds paste
• 1 – Potato
• 2 tbsp – Mustard oil
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• paste of 1 Onion
Method:
- Mix the mustard paste, poppy seeds paste, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chillies, water and oil in a pan.
- Add the morisa thari, potato, salt and boil.
- When the gravy starts boiling, pan the pan on simmer. Cook until the morisa thari and potato are well done.
