Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 1.5 tsp – ground pepper
• 4 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 cup – water
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 2 – Green chillies
Method:
- Add salt and black pepper to ginger-garlic paste.
- Marinate the chicken with this paste for one hour.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add marinated chicken.
- After frying for 10-15 mins, reduce heat.
- Add the green chillies and water.
- Simmer till chicken is tender.
- Add lemon juice and serve hot.
