Ingredients:

• 4 cups – murmura
• 12 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 cup – Peanut
• 1 cup – roasted Channa
• 10 – Green chillies
• 1 cup – Curry leaves
• 2 – onion, medium
• 1/2 – dry Coconut
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds

Method:

  1. Hot oil in a pan and fry peanuts for 5 mins. Keep aside.
  2. Fry roasted channa for 5 mins. Keep aside.
  3. Cut coconut into small pieces and fry in oil till it turns brown. Keep aside.
  4. Fry 1 tbsp cumin seeds in oil till colour changes to brown.
  5. Add chopped green chillies and garlic.
  6. Fry till chillies turn crisp.
  7. Add curry leaves and onion. Fry till it turns brown.
  8. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt.
  9. Add all fried ingredients (peanuts, roasted channa, dry coconut) and mix well.
  10. Add murmura with ingredients and mix well.
  11. Fry on a low flame for 10 mins.
  12. Ready to serve.
