Ingredients:

• 250 gms – button Mushrooms
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – thick Curd (yoghurt)
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander seeds powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add onion pieces and fry till golden brown.
  4. Add the mixed powder and simmer for a minute.
  5. Add green chillies and salt and simmer for 5 mins.
  6. Add sliced mushrooms and cook on a slow flame till it oozes water.
  7. Add tomato puree and mix well
  8. Add milk.
  9. Let it cook till thick gravy forms.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot.
