Ingredients:

• 1. 6 to 7 pieces – Button Mushrooms
• 2. 2- Green peppers
• 3 1pinch – Salt
• 4. 1 tsp : Chilli powder
• 5. 1/2 tsp : Pepper powder
• 6. 2 tsp – Teriyaki sauce (any store available brand)-2 tsp
• 7.2 – Onions
• 8. 2 tsp – Any oil (I use Olive oil)
• 9. Few – Basil leaves
• 10. Parsley/ Cilantro (coriander)- for garnish

Method:

  1. Wash and clean the mushrooms and dice into small pieces.
  2. Cut the peppers into cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and add basil leaves and onions diced in long pieces.
  4. Sautee till they turn transparent.
  5. Add mushrooms, salt, red chilli powder, crushed pepper and top with teriyaki sauce.
  6. Stir well and cook till vegetables turn soft. Garnish and serve hot.
