Ingredients:

• 1 – medium muskmelon, ripe but firm
• 1/4 tsp – carom seeds
• 1 tbsp – white Vinegar
• 3 to 4 – Basil leaves, finely chopped
• 1/2 – small Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – sugar, powdered

Method:

  1. Peel, deseed and chop the muskmelon into pieces.
  2. Finely chop basil leaves, chillies and add to the melon.
  3. Mix all the other ingredients, toss well and chill.
  4. Serve chilled, as an anytime filler.
