Ingredients:

• Garlic flakes – 10
• Red Chillies (dried) – 8
• Onion – 1, medium size
• Tomato – 2, medium size
• Lemon juice – 4 to 6 tbsp
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Sugar – 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Chop onion, tomatoes and chop garlic flakes finely.
  2. Saute in vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add red chillies, saute for 1-2 minutes and cool.
  4. Add lemon juice, salt and add one flake of raw garlic.
  5. Mix all in mixer grinder till the mixture becomes coarse in texture.
  6. Refrigerate.
