Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Mutton
• 1 – large Onion
• 8 – Kashmiri chillies
• 1s tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• 4 pod – Garlic
• 1/2 piece – Ginger
• 1 – Cinnamon stick
• 3 – Cloves
• Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• Vinegar
• Turmeric
Method:
- Boil mutton in the pressure cooker with salt and turmeric.
- In the mean while, soak the Kashmiri chillies in vinegar for 1 hour.
- Then grind the Kashmiri chillies with coriander, cumin, ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick and 3 cloves.
- Then fry onions, add the masala.
- Fry till oil comes out of the masala.
- Add the mutton and mix well.
- Fry well till you see oil.
- Finally add coriander leaves and serve.
