Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Mutton
• 6 to 7 – Red Chillies
• 2 tsp – grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – cumin
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – coriander
• 1 tsp – pepper Corns
• 1.5 tsp – split gram
• Turmeric powder
• Curry leaves
• spices
• salt
• oil
Method:
- In a cooker, add cleaned mutton with turmeric powder, spices, salt and ginger-garlic paste. Pour enough water to it and cook it well (two whistles).
- Heat the pan, add oil and put some cumin and curry leaves.
- Add the mutton and let it boil for sometime.
- Meanwhile, grind coconut, curry leaves, split gram, coriander, pepper and red chillies.
- Don’t add water while grinding the mixture.
- When the mutton gets dry, add the mixture which is ground.
- Mix well and allow it to roast for sometime .
- Serve hot with rasam rice or chapatti.
