Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – minced Mutton
• 1 – large Onion chopped
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• 2 slices – bread
• 4 tbsp – dry bread crumbs
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 – eggs beaten
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Cook the minced meat, chopped onion, green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and pepper powder till tender and dry.
- Soak the slices of bread in water and squeeze.
- Mix it into the cooked minced meat together with the chopped coriander leaves, salt, 2 tbsp bread crumbs and 1 beaten egg.
- Heat the oil in a shallow pan.
- Take small balls of the mixture and form into cigar shaped cutlets.
- Dip each one into the remaining beaten egg, coat with the bread crumbs and shallow fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce and salad.
