• Maida – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Ghee – 3/4 cup
• 2 pinches – baking soda
- Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly and keep it covered for at least 6 hours.
- Now take a lemon sized lump of the dough and press it flat into the shape of cookie.
- Place it on a baking dish with the rest of the dough in a similar fashion.
- Bake at 350 degrees C for about 25 mins.
- Serve warm with milk.
