Ingredients:
• 250 g – thick curd, beaten
• 500 g – minced Meat
• 2 – Onions ground
• 11.5 tsp – coriander powder (dhania)
• 3 – green elaichis, crushed
• 1.5 tsp – Haldi
• green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – each Cumin seeds and fennel
• 1.5 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – Garlic & Ginger paste
• 1 cup – peas
Method:
- Mix the curd with the next eight ingredients. Marinate for one hour at room temperature.
- Put oil in dish and heat for two minutes. Add jeera and fennel and cook it covered for one minute.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- Pour meat with its marinade, salt and peas. Microwave on high for six minutes covered. Stir. Microwave on high for another six minutes. Standing time four minutes.
- Garnish with garam masala and coriander leaves.
