Ingredients:
• 225 g – cake crumbs
• 1 tbsp – instant coffee, dissolved in a little hot water
• 50 g – tutti frutti, finely chopped
• 1.5 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 50 g – Raisins
• 50 g – finely chopped Walnuts
• 50 g – butter, melted
• 1/2 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• 1 tin condensed Milk
Method:
- Mix together cake crumbs, tutti fruitti, raisins and nuts.
- In another dish, combine butter, coffee and spices.
- Stir in half the condensed milk.
- Pour over cake crumbs, rubbing them in with fingertips.
- Add the remaining condensed milk slowly, stirring constantly, till a fairly thick mixture is obtained.
- Grease and line a cake tin.
- Pour in the mixture and pack it in firmly.
- Smooth top with the back of a spoon.
- Cover with foil and chill in the refrigerator for at least one day.
- Remove carefully and serve with a sweetened whipped cream or icecream.
