Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup – soft Butter
• 1/3 cup – light Corn syrup
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Food colouring (3 different colours)

Method:

  1. Measure the butter, corn syrup, salt, and sugar into a large bowl and mix well.
  2. When dough gets too stiff, knead it with your hands.
  3. Divide the dough into 3 portions and add a few drops of each food colour to each portion.
  4. Pinch off small pieces of the dough, roll into balls, and press lightly with a fork. Serve.
