Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp – cooking oil
• 2 – small Onions
• 800 g – Mutton
• 3 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a cooking pan. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
- Now add meat and fry till it cooks well.
- Add garam masala, red chilli, turmeric powder and stir well. Cook for 3 mins.
- Add salt.
- Now pour some water and cook for 5-8 mins.
- Serve hot with rice.
