Noodles Rice Balls

Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Boiled veggies (carrot, peas, French beans, sweet corn)
• 1 cup – Boiled noodles
• 2 – Boiled Potatoes
• 1/2 cup – Cooked Rice
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Chopped Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Chopped Onions
• 1/2 cup – Breadcrumbs (optional).

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Then mash them to prepare medium sized balls.
  3. Deep Fried on low heat (baking is also an option).
  4. If using bread crumbs then roll the balls on the bread crumbs and fry.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Sprinkle with chat masala some lemon juice.
  7. Serve hot.
