• 1 packet – Maggi
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 onion, finely sliced or 3 spring onions, finely chopped
• 50 gms ( 3 tbsp ) – finely shredded Cabbage ( pick tender leaves and remove the thick vein )
• 1 – egg, beaten well
- Cook noodles according to the direction shown on the packet.
- In a wide frying pan, heat oil.
- Add finely sliced onions or spring onions and fry till golden colour.
- Add finely shredded cabbage and mix well.
- Cover with lid and cook on a low to medium heat for 5 minutes or until cabbage softens. Do not add water.
- Add beaten egg and mix well.
- Stir continuously for 5 minutes or till done – and the egg is well blended with cabbage and onions – fragrant.
- Add cooked noodles and mix well. Serve hot.
