Ingredients:
• 100 g – all purpose flour
• 200 ml – Milk
• Salt a pinch
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 – Egg
• Nutella
• Banana
Method:
- Whisk together flour and milk and keep aside.
- Whisk the egg separately and then add to the flour mixture, add vanilla essence and mix well.
- Keep in the refrigerator for 1/2 an hour
- Heat a pan and grease it with butter.
- Add 2 tbsp of the prepared batter, spread evenly all over the pan. When done flip on to the other side and cook until done.
- Transfer to a plate and spread the nutella and place the sliced banana. Fold and serve.
