Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Nutella – 1 cup
• 1 cup – Maida (All Purpose Flour )
• 1/4 cup – Cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup – Yoghurt
• 1/3 cup – Oil
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Vanilla essence
• 1/3 cup – Walnuts/ Hazelnuts/Cashewnuts/Almonds
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 1 tsp – Instant coffee powder.

Method:

  1. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together for an even mixing.
  2. Melt the nutella in the microwave for 2 mins.
  3. Now in a wide bowl, add milk, yogurt, oil, vanilla essence and sugar and mix well.
  4. Add this to the nutella and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour this to the sifted flour mixture and fold gently and evenly.
  6. Add the finely chopped nuts and mix it.
  7. Transfer this to a greased baking tin ( square tin) and bake in a 190 degrees C preheated oven for 30 mins.
  8. Insert a tooth pick in the centre, If it comes out clean, take out from the oven and cool for 15 mins.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
