Ingredients:
• 1 cup – mixed nuts like cashew, raisin, almond, apricot, Pista
• 4 – dry Figs
• 4 – dry Dates
• 1 tbsp – red Sugar candy powder
• 1 cup – Jaggery or powdered Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
- Powder the dry fruits into a coarse mixture and keep in a microwave-friendly bowl.
- Add jaggery or powdered sugar, red sugar candy powder and ghee. Mix well.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a little warm milk.
- Microwave for 10 mins at moderate temperature.
- Stir in between.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased plate and cut into small pieces.
