Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Instant porridge
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Condensed Milk
• Fresh bread crumbs (from fresh bread, after trimming the edges) – As per need
• 1/2 tsp – Corn flour +1 tsp – Milk paste
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Take a deep microwave bowl. Pour milk, breadcrumbs, sugar, condensed milk and cardamom powder.
  2. Put it in the microwave oven for 5 mins on high
  3. In between, stir it twice, leaving a gap of 2 mins.
  4. Then add cornflour-milk paste and stir well. Put it back for 2 mins in a microwave on high.
  5. Stir once. Take it out, cool it and serve.
