• 2 cups – Shredded Cabbage
• 1 cup – Carrots (grated)
• A few toasted Cashewnuts or any other nuts
• 1 tbsp – Dry Parsley leaves
• Salt
• Pepper powder
• Olive oil


  1. Take all the ingredients in a large vessel – except the salt, pepper powder, olive oil and dry parsley leaves.
  2. Mix the parsley leaves, salt, pepper powder and olive oil aside in a small bowl.
  3. Finally toss the dressing with the vegetables and serve immediately.
