Ingredients:
• Grated Carrot – 1 cup
• Grated Coconut – 1 cup
• Milk – 1/2 litre
• Sugar – 1.5 cups
• Broken Cashew nuts – 1/2 cup
• Ghee – 5 tbsp
Method:
- Fry the coconut and carrot separately without adding oil or ghee.
- Mix sugar with milk and heat it, stirring continuously, till the sugar dissolves.
- Add the fried coconut and carrot and stir well.
- Simmer till thickens into a dough.
- After it comes rolling off the pan, add the broken cashew nuts.
- Smear ghee in a tray, transfer the mixture, and cut into pieces after it becomes cool.
