Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – rolled oats
• 1/2 cup – Methi leaves (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 cup – Yogurt
• Salt
• 2 tsp – Olive oil
• All-purpose flour for dusting
Method:
- Grind the rolled oats into a coarse powder.
- Combine in a large vessel wheat flour, coarsely grounded oatmeal, finely chopped methi leaves, garam masala powder, yogurt, salt and oil as a soft dough (can add water if needed).
- Keep aside for half an hour.
- Make medium-sized balls from the dough, dust with all-purpose flour and roll as round parathas.
- Drizzle few drops of oil on a hot tawa and cook on both sides until well cooked.
- Serve with any sort of spicy side dish!
