Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – rolled oats
• 1.25 cup – Toor Dal
• 1 tbsp – Peppercorns
• 1/2 tsp – Asafoetida powder
• 4 – Dry Red Chillies
• Salt
Method:
- Dry roast the rolled oats, toor dal, peppercorns, dry red chillies and asafoetida powder till the toor dal turns golden brown.
- Let it cool completely.
- Grind as a fine powder with enough salt.
- Conserve it in an air-tight box.
- Enjoy with rice.
