Ingredients:

• 2 – Carrots
• 100 g – beans
• 1/2 – Cabbage
• 1 – small Capsicum
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 cup – water
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – white pepper

Method:

  1. Chop all the vegetables finely.
  2. Dry fry in a non-stick pan for 4 mins.
  3. Now cook in a cup of water for 15 mins on a medium flame.
  4. Take care that vegetables are not overcooked.
  5. Now, add soya sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper. Stir and cook for 5 mins.
  6. Add cornflour, mix it and allow the gravy to thicken.
  7. Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
