Ingredients:
• Cardamom – 3
• Cloves -2
• Cinnamon – a small piece
• Onion (chopped) – 2
• Tomato – 2
• Green chilli – 2
• Potato – 2
• Carrot -1
• Beans – 1/2 cup
• Peas – 1/4 cup
• Coriander leaves
• Mint leaves
• Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Coconut – 2 tsp
• Cashewnut – 10
• Poppy Seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Aniseed – 1 tsp
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Heat oil add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and fry for 30 secs.
- Add green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves and fry for 1 minute.
- Add onion, fry till brown. Then add tomato and fry for 2 mins.
- Add the vegetables, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and 2 glasses of water. Cook the vegetables for 10 mins.
- Make a paste of coconut, cashewnut, poppy seeds, aniseeds and cook for another 5-6 mins.
- Serve.
