Ingredients:

• 4 roti
• 5/6 fresh Curry leaves optional
• 1 chopped small Onion
• 1/4 tsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seed
• A pinch of Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Lemon juice
• Chopped coriander for garnish
• 1/2 tbsp – oil
• 2 – Green chillies

Method:

  1. Mash roti with two hands like poha (chivda).
  2. Heat oil in kadai.
  3. Put mustard seeds till they crack.
  4. Add Green chilli, onion, curry leaves till brown.
  5. Add turmeric.
  6. Add roti chura.
  7. Put salt, sugar and keep for 2 mins. Mix more
  8. Serve in a plate.
  9. Garnish with lemon juice and coriander.
