Ingredients:
• 4 – eggs
• 4 tsp – Butter (1 tsp for each omelette)
• Mix together:
• 1 – small onion, chopped finely
• 1- tomato, chopped finely
• 3 – green chillies, chopped finely
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
Method:
- Remove the yolk and beat the white till frothy
- Add mixture to the ingredients. Mix well
- Heat a pan and add 1 tsp butter
- Pour the egg mixture (required for 1 omelette)
- Cook on low flame till golden brown
- Turn the omelette and cook the other side
- Remove from fire and serve hot
