Ingredients:

• 1- big Tomato
• 1- tsp chilli powder
• 1- Green chilli
• 3 flakes – Garlic chopped
• 3 – onions, chopped
• Salt to taste
• A pinch – Sugar

Method:

  1. Wash and chop the tomato.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions and chopped garlic for a few minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomato, chilli powder, salt, sugar and green chilli and fry for a few more mins till the tomato is pulpy.
  4. Grind in a blender till smooth.
