Ingredients:

• 2 – medium size Potato
• 3/4 cup – finely chopped Spring onions
• 6 slice – white bread
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger
• 1 tsp – green chilly paste
• 1/2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 cup – cheese
• Butter as required
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes and after pealing the skin crush them.
  2. Add spring onion (chopped), ginger, garlic, green chilli, soya sauce, cheese and salt.
  3. Apply butter on one side of the bread.
  4. Keep potato and spring onion stuffing between the breads.
  5. Grill the sandwich.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce or coriander and green chilli chutney.
