Ingredients:

• 1 cup -wheat flour
• 1 cup- Bajra flour
• 1 cup -jwari flour
• 1/2 cup- Rice flour
• 1/2 cup -besan
• 2 -medium sized Onions
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt
• 1/2 tsp- Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp- Jeera powder
• Oil

Method:

  1. Roast all the flours together lightly.
  2. Cut onions into small pieces.
  3. Add onions to the flour along with the spices.
  4. Mix with water to form thick dough.
  5. Make small balls and flatten into pancakes.
  6. Cook both sides till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
