Ingredients:
• 4 teacups – Pineapple juice (canned)
• 1 teacup – Orange juice
• juice of 2 Lemons
• rinds of one Lemon and Orange
• powdered Sugar as per taste
• soda water
• Orange segments and crushed ice (for decoration)
Method:
- Mix pineapple, orange and lemon juice.
- Boil the rinds in one cup water for 5 minutes. Cool.
- Strain and add to the mixed juices.
- Add the powdered sugar and soda water as desired.
- Serve in attractive glasses garnished with orange segments and crushed ice.
