Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Peanut oil
• 2 tsp – minced Garlic
• 1/2 cup – capsicum, cut into thin strips
• 2 tbsp – Bean sprouts
• 2 tbsp – button mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 cup – shrimps, chopped
• 1/2 cup – cooked shredded Chicken
• 1/2 cup – spring onion, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – mug, optional
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – light soya sauce
• 1 tsp – dark soya sauce
• 2 tsp – chilli sauce, or to taste
• 1 tbsp – Honey
• 1 tsp – oriental sesame sauce
• 1/2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a non stick wok (kadai).
  2. Add garlic and fry till dark brown.
  3. Add capsicum and beans sprout.
  4. Stir fry on high heat for 1 minute.
  5. Add mushroom, stir fry for 30 seconds.
  6. Add shrimps, stir-fry till they are cooked.
  7. Add chicken and spring onion.
  8. Stir fry for few seconds.
  9. Add pepper powder and optional MSG.
  10. Add all the sauces, honey and sesame oil.
  11. Stir briskly. Taste and add salt if needed.
  12. Serve immediately with egg fried rice.
