Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Peanut oil
• 2 tsp – minced Garlic
• 1/2 cup – capsicum, cut into thin strips
• 2 tbsp – Bean sprouts
• 2 tbsp – button mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 cup – shrimps, chopped
• 1/2 cup – cooked shredded Chicken
• 1/2 cup – spring onion, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – mug, optional
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – light soya sauce
• 1 tsp – dark soya sauce
• 2 tsp – chilli sauce, or to taste
• 1 tbsp – Honey
• 1 tsp – oriental sesame sauce
• 1/2 tsp – salt
Method:
- Heat oil in a non stick wok (kadai).
- Add garlic and fry till dark brown.
- Add capsicum and beans sprout.
- Stir fry on high heat for 1 minute.
- Add mushroom, stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimps, stir-fry till they are cooked.
- Add chicken and spring onion.
- Stir fry for few seconds.
- Add pepper powder and optional MSG.
- Add all the sauces, honey and sesame oil.
- Stir briskly. Taste and add salt if needed.
- Serve immediately with egg fried rice.
