Ingredients:
• 1 cup – besan
• 2 cups – palak, washed and chopped finely
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• water
• salt
• oil
• For gravy:
• 1 -onion
• 1 -garlic
• 1- Ginger
• 1 tsp – Green chilli paste
• 10 – Cashew nuts
• 1 pinch -garam masala
• coriander
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• salt
Method:
- Knead besan, palak, ajwain, salt, oil and a little water.
- Make rolls and boil them in water for 10 min. Drain the water and keep it for the gravy.
- Cut the rolls into small rounds and fry them.
- For gravy:
- Take oil in the pan, add the paste and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add salt, sugar, tomatoes and fry again for 5 minutes.
- Add the water kept aside and then boil for 2 minutes.
- Add the fried besan rolls.
- Gravy should be thick.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and garam masala.
