Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup – crumbled Paneer
• 1 cup – finely chopped Spinach
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 4- Cloves
• 1 – Cinnamon stick
• 1 – green Cardamom
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the spices and saute.
  2. Add green chilli and spinach, saute till the spinach wilts
  3. Add paneer, salt, turmeric, garam masala and lemon juice, mix well
  4. Cover and cook for 3 to 5 mins, open and fry for another 2 mins. Serve
