Ingredients:

• 400 gms – Spinach
• 200 gms – frozen sweet Corn
• 2 – medium Onions (finely chopped)
• 3/4 tsp – Jeera
• 3/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Chilli powder – to taste
• Garam Masala – to taste
• Salt – to taste
• 4 tbsp – cooking oil

Method:

  1. Blanch and finely chop spinach.
  2. Heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a kadai. Add jeera and let it splutter.
  3. Add haldi and onion and fry it till pink/light brown.
  4. Add sweet corn, chilli powder, salt and garam masala and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Finally add spinach and let it cook till done.
  6. Serve hot with chapattis, naan, parathas.
