Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Paneer cubes
• 1 – Large Onion
• 2 – Ripened Tomatoes
• 1 – Medium sized Capsicum
• 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• Oil to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the cumin seeds for 1 min.
  2. Add the sliced onions and saute until pink.
  3. Now add the ginger-garlic paste and saute until brown. Now add the sliced tomatoes.
  4. Add the spice powders along with salt, keep stirring frequently until the powders mix well.
  5. Add the sliced capsicums and saute them for about 5 mins.
  6. Finally add the paneer cubes and cook for a 2-3 mins.
  7. Remove and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rotis.
