Ingredients:
• 150 g – Paneer (crumbled)
• 2 – Onions (finely chopped)
• 2 – Tomatoes (finely chopped)
• 3 to 4 – Green chillies chopped
• A few Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – jeera-dhania powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• salt
• 3 tsp – fresh Cream
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
- Fry the onions in the butter along with the curry leaves, till golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and fry few minutes.
- Add turmeric, jeera-dhania powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
- Then, add the paneer and stir-fry for a minute.
- Mix in the cream and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Tastes yummy with roti, naan or even with bread.
