Ingredients:
• 500g – Paneer
• 2 – Capsicum
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 cup – oil
Method:
- Cut the capsicum lengthwise. Cut the paneer.
- Take oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds. When the seeds start to splutter, add onions and green chillies. Saute till the onions get transparent.
- Add the capsicums, cover and cook till the vegetables are almost cooked.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
- Cook uncovered for 2 mins and then add the paneer.
- Cook uncovered for 10 mins stirring occasionally.
- Serve it with rotis.
