Ingredients:

• 3 medium Onions
• 5 Cloves Garlic
• 1 tsp – Ginger
• 4 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 level tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – coarsely ground pepper
• 1 kg – paneer, cut into 2 inch x 2 inch squares, 1/2 inch thick
• 2 Egg whites
• Breadcrumbs

Method:

  1. Mix onion-ginger-garlic paste, vinegar, yoghurt, garam masala, chilli powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the paneer, salt and pepper.
  3. Make sure the paneer is well coated with the mixture.
  4. Set aside for 10-15 mins.
  5. In the meantime, beat the egg whites lightly. Keep aside.
  6. Drain each paneer square.
  7. Dip each piece in the beaten egg white, coat with breadcrumbs and shallow fry in a non-stick pan till golden brown. Serve hot.
