Ingredients:
• Dosa batter – 4 cups
• Paneer – 200 g
• Onion – 100 g
• Tomato – 1
• Green chilli – 4
• Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grate the paneer.
- Finely chop the onions, coriander, green chillies and tomato.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
- Fry the green chillies and onion for 2 mins.
- Add the tomato pieces, salt and saute for a minute.
- Add the grated paneer and turn off the flame.
- Gently stir the masala and add coriander leaves.
- Place a tawa on the flame and grease it with oil.
- Prepare a thin dosa with the batter.
- Place a scoop of the paneer masala at the centre of the dosa.
- When the dosa is ready, fold it and remove from the flame.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
