Ingredients:

• 2 cups – paneer, cubed
• 2 – medium tomatoes, finely chopped
• 1 – large green bell pepper
• 1 tsp – ginger- Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – coriander-cumin powder
• 3 – Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – kasoori Methi
• Pinch – Turmeric
• Salt to taste
• Few sprigs of coriander to garnish.

Method:

  1. In a pan, stir ginger garlic paste, cumin-coriander powder, turmeric and the red chilli in about 1 tsp of oil.
  2. Then add bell peppers. Stir in med-high heat for 2 mins.
  3. Add the tomatoes and salt and stir some more for about another 5 mins until tomatoes get soft.
  4. Add the paneer, saute for a while and cook till done.
  5. Before removing from stove add the kasoori methi.
  6. Serve.
