Ingredients:
• Paneer – 100 g
• Onion – 100 g
• Tomato – 100 g
• Oil – 1/4 cup
• Cashew paste – 80 g
• Milk – 1 cup
• Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
• Ginger paste – 1 tsp
• Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Butter – 1 tbsp
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
• Pudina – 1 tsp
• Coriander chopped – 1tbsp.
Method:
- Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
- Fry paneer and keep aside.
- Pour oil in a kadai, season jeera, kasuri methi, chopped pudina, chopped onion, salt and fry till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and saute till it becomes pulpy.
- Then add ginger, garlic paste and stir for few secs.
- Then add all powders and when oil separates, add milk and tomato sauce. When the gravy thickens, add paneer.
- Allow it to boil for few seconds.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
